PartyBang designs personalised birthday party kits for parents, party hosts and families. Everything we make is digital, so there is no physical stock, packaging or courier.

RSVP invitation pages: mobile-friendly web invitations with a countdown and guest RSVP.

Printable decor kits: PDF files (bunting banners, cake toppers, cupcake flags, favour stickers) for A4 / Letter printing.

Social media invites: 9:16 story graphics for WhatsApp Status and Instagram, and 1:1 feed posts.

By using https://paartybangg.site/ or buying a party kit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.

After payment you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and share your kit for your own private celebration.

Our templates, layouts and graphics remain the property of PartyBang. Reselling or redistributing them is not allowed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.

Order details: the celebrant's name, age or milestone, event date and venue, and your email address.

Guest RSVPs: names and attendance replies submitted through your RSVP invitation page.

We never see or store card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords or UPI PINs. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner.

We use your details only to make and deliver your kit, run your RSVP page, send receipts and answer support requests. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Order files and RSVP lists are kept for 12 months so you can download them again. Email info@paartybangg.site to have them deleted sooner.

You can cancel an order before we start work on it for a full refund. Once your kit is delivered, refunds are limited to the cases below, requested within 7 days of purchase.

• Files that are broken or cannot be downloaded, and we can't fix the problem.

• Your RSVP invitation page does not work before your event date, and we can't fix it.

• Duplicate payments for the same order.

Email info@paartybangg.site with the subject "Refund Request - [Order / Payment ID]" and a short description of the problem.

We review requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

All PartyBang products are digital files and web links. We do not ship physical items.

Your kit is emailed within 24 hours of receiving your party details (up to 48 hours for VIP custom orders). The email contains download links for your files and your RSVP invitation link.

Delivery is free. There are no shipping or handling fees.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email isn't there, write to info@paartybangg.site with your payment reference and we will resend it.
